The Director Of Merchandise will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandise plans that align with company goals, analyzing market trends, developing new products, and ensuring that product assortments meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to achieve sales and margin goals

• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed purchasing decisions

• Collaborate with SVP, Operations, Director of Marketing, and Blaze hosts on merchandising decisions

• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and turnover

• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing

• Monitor competitor activities and adjust merchandising plans accordingly

• Oversee visual merchandising to enhance product presentation and customer experience

• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners

• Evaluate product performance and execute markdown strategies

• Prepare and manage merchandising budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

• Oversee merchandise design and develop new merchandise based around the Blaze Media and host unique brand

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in merchandising, sales, marketing, or e-commerce.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Ability to travel as needed for events
