Travel: May require travel to the St. Petersburg, FL office 1-2 times per year

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer with 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience to support and optimize a large Salesforce environment. This individual will be responsible for platform administration, user support, ticket resolution, system enhancements, reporting, automation, data management, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess strong Salesforce configuration expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, relevant Salesforce certifications, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
• Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, roles, security settings, and overall platform governance.
• Resolve a high volume of Salesforce support tickets and provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training.
• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Support data imports, exports, data cleansing, and ongoing system maintenance activities.
• Assist with Salesforce integrations and minor enhancements utilizing Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and APIs.
• Ensure data integrity, platform performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate within a fast-paced environment where processes may not always be fully defined.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Strong experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Extensive experience resolving Salesforce tickets, troubleshooting issues, and supporting end users.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, governance, configuration, and platform best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow, automation tools, reporting, dashboards, and data management.
• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Experience, integrations, and APIs.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification preferred.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with limited process structure.
• Experience with Agile environments, enterprise Salesforce implementations, and middleware/integration platforms is a plus.
