Role

• Prospect, develop, and close enterprise-level shipper relationships within the brokerage landscape.
• Lead and win competitive RFPs for large national accounts, as well as develop and build a strong pipeline of SMB accounts.
• Build and manage a book of business with a target of $1M+ in annual enterprise revenue
• Develop strategic accounts in high-value and secure freight verticals (tech, electronics, pharma, and other time-sensitive shipments)
• Represent the company's security-first approach to carrier selection and freight handling in client conversations

• 5+ years of transportation sales experience across brokerage, freight forwarding, and enterprise account development
• A proven track record of building significant revenue, ideally $4M+ in a prior role, and driving strong monthly gross profit through large national accounts
• Deep RFP experience and comfort managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
• Experience with high-value or secure freight (technology, electronics, pharmaceuticals, or similar) is a strong plus
• An enterprise hunter mentality, self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable building a book of business, but also bring a book of prospects and customers with you.
